About Ogle Works
We build the systems behind growing businesses.
Ogle Works is a Caribbean technology studio. We design, build and run the websites and platforms that multi-brand groups rely on. Rooted in Guyana, with UK engineering behind it.
Our founder
Theon Ogle
Founder & CEO
Theon's background is in digital marketing and operations, including work with Law Business Research, the global legal publisher serving law firms worldwide and hosting international industry events. That background shapes how Ogle Works builds: websites designed to turn visitors into enquiries, and systems designed around how teams actually work. He's the founder of Ogle Works and the co-founder and technical lead of Kiroex.
“Technology is moving faster than ever. I founded Ogle Works to serve the developing economy of the Caribbean.”
How we work
Three things we don't compromise on.
- 01
We start with the problem.
Not the tech or the tools. We start with what's costing you time, enquiries or revenue.
- 02
We build what we use.
Our own platforms, like Kiroex, run on the same systems we build for clients.
- 03
You own everything.
Your data, your code, your platform. No lock-in.
Let's build together
